“Having worked as a Sales Executive at Jubilee Park since the development opened, I can say I know it like the back of my hand, and I really can’t recommend it enough. I mention to most people who come in that I’ve bought a house here myself – as that really is the ultimate recommendation!
“My husband Marc and I are intending this to be our forever home. Choosing where to buy a new home was a big decision for us, just as it is for all our customers – but fortunately, knowing Jubilee Park like I do, it was also an easy one to make!
“We wouldn’t have been able to afford this house without Help to Buy because of the deposit we would have needed and the mortgage payments we would have had to pay. It would have been too big a jump.
“With Help to Buy our mortgage payments will only be a bit more than we’re paying at the moment for a much smaller house. We thought we should grab the opportunity now while it was available. It made perfect sense for us.
“It’s a small development and it’s got a really nice sense of community – everyone’s very friendly. The location is perfect as it’s very close to the M4 which is great for my husband who commutes to his job as an assistant physiotherapist in Reading.
“Wootton Bassett High Street is within walking distance and has a really nice feel with lots of lovely independent shops instead of mainstream high street chains.
“There’s a park to the side of the development, plenty of green areas and it’s close to good schools. It ticks every single box.”
