“We relocated from Uttoxeter, which is around eight miles away, so that we could be closer to our family, who also live in the village.
“Our former property was a four-bedroom house which was 15 years old, and we decided that a three-bedroom property would suit our needs a lot better, but we knew there was a limited number of them in the village so we’d had our eye on the ‘Aldenham’ housetype at Blenehim Manor for a while.
“We first had an interest in the property last summer, and in December 2015 the previous sale on our property ended up falling through, so Renée the Taylor Wimpey Sales Executive got in touch with us straight away to let us know it was available, which was really fantastic.
“Although we’ve downsized it actually feels like we’ve up-scaled. The property is really spacious and there’s a lovely large green area located out the front of the house, so from the bedrooms we have amazing views and even see pheasants on the green – we just love it here.
“Living at Blenheim Manor we have a range of amenities nearby. There’s a church, two pubs, takeaways and a school, so it’s definitely ticked all of our boxes.
“The Taylor Wimpey team was superb – especially Renée, who was so lovely and nothing was ever too much trouble for her.
“We absolutely love our new home – we have a checklist for any issues but nothing is amiss and the build quality is superb. We’re really pleased to be here and Renée helped to open the door for us.”
