Denise Lambert, 32 and her husband, Stuart, 38, were over the moon when their hunt for their dream home led them to a spacious three-bedroom property at our Castle Keep development in the historic town of Framlingham.

The couple, who were previously living in a two-bedroom home in Framlingham, were keen to upsize to a modern home with a spacious garden in the same town. After visiting many other properties, Denise and Stuart instantly fell in love with Taylor Wimpey’s Crofton housetype, and secured their new home with the help of our Part Exchange scheme.

Commenting on their buying experience, Stuart said: “Having previously owned a two-bedroom home in Framlingham, we thought that the Part Exchange scheme was the ideal way to upsize to our dream home. We were looking for somewhere with a spacious layout and were both keen to move to a high-quality, modern, new build home.

“The sales executives were so welcoming and they immediately made us feel at ease from our very first meeting. We moved into our new house in January 2019 and it only took a couple of days for it to feel like home. ”

Denise said: “We wanted to stay in Framlingham as it is a beautiful town and the location is perfect for us, but both wanted a more contemporary home. After taking our dogs for a walk by Castle Keep, we were instantly taken by how the development looked and how well presented it was.

“As soon as we saw the Crofton we fell in love with its modern look. The spacious master bedroom and generous garden especially caught our eye. We found that the sales executives were extremely helpful and could tell they genuinely wanted to help us find our dream home."
