A Colchester couple have moved into their perfect home at our Staunton Gate development with the help of the our Part Exchange scheme, which has allowed them to sell their old house and relocate to the new development in a fraction of the time.
Patricia Webb, 56, and Robert Whent, 59, were looking to buy in the Colchester area and fell in love with Alresford’s village atmosphere as well as its transport links to both London and nearby towns. With the help of Part Exchange, they were able to move in within six weeks of making a reservation.
Part Exchange allows buyers to move into a home without selling their old property on the open market. Based on two independent valuations, we will make an offer on a buyer’s home, eliminating estate agent fees and house-buying chains.
Patricia said: “We were so impressed with the quality of the homes and the friendliness of the staff at Staunton Gate that we knew this was where we wanted our next home to be. We’d had our old home on the market for some time and the Part Exchange scheme made the process so much easier.”
Michael O’Leary, Sales and Marketing Director at Taylor Wimpey East London said “It’s always brilliant to hear about our happy customers. At Taylor Wimpey we’re proud of both the quality of the homes we provide and the initiatives we offer to help make purchasing one of our homes as easy as possible.”
