Our West London regional team has recently helped a young couple take a huge step forward in the next stage of their relationship by helping them to secure their first home together at Ashwood Park in Reading. Andràs and Patience have since moved into their new apartment at this development, but their journey to here started when Andràs organised to surprise Patience by proposing to her during one of their first visits to site in August 2017.

Since then, the couple have got married and have recently returned from their honeymoon after tying the knot in June earlier this year. The team at Ashwood Park accommodated to the needs of Andràs and Patience’s lifestyle by helping them secure their dream first home. Commenting on her experience and the support that they received from the team at Ashwood Park, Patience said:

“The whole experience was so easy, flexible and transparent. The sales team were brilliant and explained everything during each stage of the process. Not to forget that they helped to organise a surprise proposal with my partner at one of the site visits. When we made the decision to make the move out of the centre of London, Ashwood Park ticked all the boxes for us. Not only did we want to be closer to our families, but Ashwood Park is a small development in a nice area, which was ideal for us.”

Although it’s just the two of them living in the apartment, the couple were pleasantly surprised with how much room they have, as Patience confirms: “When we originally visited Ashwood Park to view the apartments, one thing that appealed to us was the large square foot of each room, which makes entertaining that little bit easier. As we both commute into London and Reading for work, another thing that helped us make the decision to buy here was the fact that Reading town centre is just a mile from the development, which offers direct transport links into the centre of London.”
