“There’s a real sense of community at Caldecott Manor and it didn’t take us long to get to know our neighbours.
“We all moved in at the same time and made a point of getting to know each other. The couple next door have two daughters and they play really nicely with our young son – they hit it off straight away and were in and out of each other’s houses all the time.
“It’s lovely because we can get together with our neighbours and have a bottle of wine or a barbecue. The children all get on and because it’s a quiet cul-de-sac, the kids all go out on their bikes while we’re out watching them and talking. It’s great fun here, especially in the summer.”
