Joseph Opoku and his cousin, Chris Wih-Sika, are among the latest residents to join the growing community at our Royal Parade development in Canterbury. The first time buyers moved into their new three bedroom Colton home in August 2019 after spending five years living in rented accommodation.
Joseph and Chris are settling into life as homeowners and, with busy lifestyles, they are pleased that their new home is in easy reach of everyday amenities. Joseph says: “Royal Parade is close to the heart of Canterbury city and a variety of transport links, meaning no journey is too difficult. It is very convenient to get to the local shops, restaurants, pubs and the cathedral but if we want to take a trip into London or further afield, Canterbury West station is only a short distance away.”
Royal Parade itself has plenty of open space on the doorstep and, with a range of new facilities planned at the development, the cousins are in no doubt they have found their dream home. Joseph adds “We love our new home and we’re already feeling really settled. Royal Parade is a fantastic place to live, there’s lots of open space and we can’t wait to welcome new neighbours and see the community grow.”
The sales team at Royal Parade were on hand to help Joseph and Chris through their first home buying journey. Joseph said: “Buying a property can be daunting, especially as a first time buyer, but the sales team at Royal Parade made it stress-free, simple and straightforward."
