“I decided the time was right to buy a house to rent because mortgage rates are quite low and I wanted to get into the market sooner rather than later – plus my money wasn’t doing anything just sat there in my savings!
“One of the main things that attracted me to Grosvenor Park was the great location – Attleborough is a nice town with good local amenities and the A11 is really easy to get to.
“The development itself has a really nice feel to it too because it’s not at all overcrowded and the quality of homes is very high.
“The ‘Crofton’ is ideal for renting because the en-suite bedroom on the top floor can be shut off completely so if there are a number of people living in the property they will all be able to enjoy their own space.
“I really like the plot too – there are lovely green open spaces and a playground opposite the house which I think families will appreciate.
“I’ve upgraded the kitchen so it will have integrated appliances along with a higher specification worktop. I’ve also upgraded the bathroom taps and tiles.
“I’m really happy with the house – I actually think I’ll end up living there myself in a few years!
“I know the construction industry well because of my job and I have to say everyone at Taylor Wimpey has been really professional and incredibly helpful from start to finish – I’m very impressed!”
