“I was out driving one day when I noticed a sign for Taylor Wimpey’s Buttercup Place development in Wolverhampton, and just decided to follow it as I was curious to see where it was and what was being built. I really liked what I found there and thought the ‘Chillbury’ offered a lot of house for a very reasonable price.
“I always said to myself that I wanted to have a big, new detached house by the time I’m 40 and now my dream’s coming true!
“Part Exchange made life a whole lot easier for my partner Craig and me because it took all the stress away of trying to find a buyer, which can take months and months. Everything was taken care of by Taylor Wimpey, and the deal was agreed really swiftly – it was all very simple. And, as I am buying off-plan, I have been able to choose things like flooring and finishes to make it feel like home when I move in.
“The beauty of the location is that it’s just over a mile-and-a-half from my son George’s school, which is an excellent school. Buttercup Place is also really convenient for getting to the M6, for when I need to go to Birmingham, and there’s plenty of local shops in nearby Fordhouses, plus a couple of supermarkets a quick drive away. It’s also well-placed for taking our dog Basil out for a walk as the development is close to the canal and open fields.”
