Long distance love affair gets first time buyers onto the property ladder
When Rachael Lucke and her husband Paul, affectionately known as ‘Skip’, were looking for their first step onto the property ladder, a surprise love affair with our development at Masterton Gate in Dunfermline provided the perfect place for the couple and their daughter Tabitha to call home.
As an Armed Forces family, the Luckes were used to moving around every two years with Skip. Following two years in the Middle East, the family had moved to Folkestone in Kent in Autumn 2016.
On their first visit to Masterton Gate that weekend the couple were shown the choice of new homes available, and they fell in love with the three bedroom The Carlyle house style and also its location on the development.
Everything just clicked into place, as Rachael adds: “Anne Marie our sales executive was just so welcoming and explained everything to us really clearly and it just felt right. We knew that we’d found the place that we wanted to settle down in.
“The house layout was ideal for us, it’s in a great position in the development and the team at Taylor Wimpey has just made the whole experience fantastic. From start to finish we’ve had first class service and since moving in just a few weeks’ ago this really does feel like home.
