“We wanted to have our own personal space and to get on the property ladder, but we wouldn’t have been able to do so without the Help to Buy scheme.
“Help to Buy allowed us to put down a much smaller deposit than we would otherwise have needed. We found the Sales Executive at Indigo Wharf was very helpful and clear about the availability of the scheme.
“We were absolutely clear that we wanted a new-build home as you see many older places which haven’t been properly maintained for years and need quite a lot of repair work.
“Our apartment is exactly as we wanted it – in fact it has exceeded our requirements. We have a spacious open-plan kitchen/living/dining room, with a balcony overlooking the canal, as well as two bedrooms and plenty of storage space.
“Moving in was a very smooth process, and we were impressed by the aftercare customer service we received. The Taylor Wimpey team has been very good.”
Namrata and Sandeep Toppo, Indigo Wharf residents
Indigo Wharf is now sold out, but new Taylor Wimpey homes are available at developments across Essex, including The Firs at Priors Green and Reflections.
