"We faced the common dilemma of whether we should settle for staying put and extending, or to look for something else but I knew from all the previous work that we’d done that my husband Paul really wanted to move to a new-build. As a trainer for a telecoms company he travels a lot and we just didn’t want our next move to involve lots of work or maintenance.
“Finding this house was literally right place, right time! I was surfing on the internet trying to prove to Paul that our dream house really wasn’t out there, and that perhaps we’d have to consider our options when I discovered Frankfield Loch in Stepps. Paul’s brother lives locally in Stepps and bizarrely I hadn’t considered it but when it came up on Taylor Wimpey’s website I knew we’d have to check it out!”
"The layout of our new house is great for us and one of the main reasons why we chose it!
Each of the rooms downstairs flow easily into each other – so you technically don’t need to leave a room to get to a room. The lounge, kitchen and dining room offer a great space when we’re entertaining, having friends over or just chilling out as a family.
“Upstairs, the ‘Jack and Jill’ ensuite is great for Mark so he’s got his own en-suite shower room but there’s access from the neighbouring bedroom too so it’s handy if we have friends to sleepover so there’s never a queue for the shower in the morning.”
“I can’t fault Taylor Wimpey – from the moment we viewed the showhome, throughout the process even until today we’d give them more than 10/10! Our sales executive, Yvonne Buchanan was really helpful from day one, and gave us lots of information to help us through the process. And our site manager Stevie Campbell is first-class – our minor snagging has been carried out really efficiently. We’ve recommended Taylor Wimpey to lots of our friends too!
“Everything worked out brilliantly!”
