“We decided to move out of a village location as the children were growing up and we wanted to live somewhere with more of a community, and more activities for them and the whole family to enjoy.
“What attracted us to The Chariots was its location, certainly the price of homes, and absolutely the house type. Our home was exactly what we were looking for and it’s almost as if we designed the property ourselves!
“We chose a home that was on the edge of the development, very close to the surrounding fields and farmland, where we are able to walk our dog, but still be in a location close to my company in Andover town centre.
“It’s also close to my son Sam’s new school, Endeavour Primary School, which is actually on the development so he is able to walk to school and lots of his friends live close by. We’ve met lots of new people in the area and we feel we’re really part of the community here.
“I do feel like I’ve got the best of both worlds here. We’ve got the town centre two miles away, which provides lots of different activities, local shops, a cinema, theatre and leisure centre. But we’re also just half a mile from some lovely traditional country pubs, which we can walk to safely from home.
“Being a company director of a local firm, customer service is something which is very, very important to me when I am buying something, whether it’s something small from a shop, or a major investment like our house.
“I was very pleased to receive superb service from the sales team at The Chariots, which gave me confidence to invest in a new home from Taylor Wimpey.”
