With the ambition to find the perfect home for their young sons to grow, Maxwell Oseh and his wife Bukky, in their early 40’s, decided to upsize their dream and purchase a spacious four bedroom home in Brackley with our Government backed Help to Buy scheme.

Having previously rented a Taylor Wimpey four bed property in Leighton Buzzard, the couple were keen to move into a similar property with good schools close by for Joshua and David. After visiting the Chestnut Grove development at Radstone Fields, Maxwell and Bukky felt at home straight away with the community of Brackley, and decided to opt for the Fairfield house type.

The couple were able to secure their new four bedroom home in Northamptonshire using the Help to Buy scheme, which enabled them to purchase the perfect home with plenty of space for family to visit.

Commenting on their buying experience, Maxwell said: “Not only were we looking for somewhere with a spacious layout with enough room for the boys to grow, but we also needed that extra space for when our family came to stay. It was really important to us that we chose a location that had great schools nearby and Chestnut Grove provides us with just that. We have everything we possibly need at our fingertips and plenty of things for us to do with the children, it’s a great community to be a part of.

“The study room has proven an invaluable space for myself, as I now have a dedicated space to work from home. Brackley also has great transport links so when I do commute to work, the journey isn’t a tedious one.”

"The sales team at Taylor Wimpey were brilliant, from helping to make the process of moving as smooth as possible, to dropping in after we had moved to check we were happy. The Help to Buy scheme enabled us to purchase the best home for our family.”
