The Nolan family talked about moving to Troon for two years before finding the perfect home that ticked all their boxes at our Queen’s Court development. Kirsty and Frankie moved from Ardrossan with their two young sons to the Troon development this year, and have fallen in love with their home and the growing community.

Originally buying a new home wasn’t really on the cards for the family, but after visiting Queen’s Court, they decided it was the right choice for them.

Kirsty said: “Everything was just so smooth and stress-free and the site team are so lovely and helpful. We were so pleased with the house when we moved in and we have all settled in really well. The boys love their new school and wouldn’t trade it for their old school which is a good sign and we have lovely neighbours, so it’s all going really well.”

The family decided on a Buchanan housetype with its four large bedrooms and plenty of room for entertaining.

Commenting on the Buchanan, Frankie said: “There is more ceiling height, the floorplan is well thought-out for family living and there are practical touches everywhere. We just loved the kitchen and garden room – it really has the wow factor.  It’s just so different from what you expect from a new build house – it’s really lovely with almost an American style and spacious feel.

When expressing their interest in making the big move to Queen’s Court, Kirsty and Frankie were also impressed with just how easy the purchasing process was.

Kirsty said: “Originally we had expressed an interest in an earlier plot but it had been reserved.  While on our family holiday last year we took a call from the sales team to say the earlier plot had been released back for sale, and they also asked if we’d be interested in moving to the development slightly earlier. It was just so exciting, and we just decided to go for it. We were lucky the team were able to move on things as quickly as they could, which meant we could make our move to Queen’s Court happen. We are just so delighted with everything and how it’s all worked out.”
