We are working closely with North Lanarkshire Council and other stakeholders to develop a new community in Bargeddie.

Our new development will consist of 117 homes including 3 and 4 bedroom homes. There will be 11 different styles of homes, designed to accommodate the needs of a wide range of buyers.

Our neighbourhood will benefit from a central green park for residents to enjoy the outdoors and support nature. The green spaces will be complimented with two play areas, one to the east and one to the west, as well as a network of new footpaths connecting residents to the local community.

The development plans to provide around 117 new homes with a mix of styles to appeal to a wide range of buyers which will be within an attractive landscape setting.

Our development will consist of a range of 3 and 4 bedroom homes in 11 designs to respond to varying needs of different families.

Our plans include a central green park with two play areas for residents to enjoy and promoting an active community lifestyle. There will be a network of new footpaths to allow our new development to integrate into the local community. 

The surrounding area has a golf course, parks, shopping facilities and outdoor pursuits all nearby. The train station is a few minutes drive or a 15 minute walk from our neighbourhood.

Our homes have been designed with a mixture of white render and stone brickwork.  The varied positioning of the homes provides enhanced character and an easy place to find your way around.

The development has been designed with the community in mind. Its emphasis on landscape, the sizing and placement of the two play areas, and the provision of extensive footpath links, will all promote community life. These extensive green areas will provide a distinctive character to the development.
