We are working closely with North Lanarkshire Council and other stakeholders to develop a new community in Bargeddie.
Our new development will consist of 117 homes including 3 and 4 bedroom homes from our exciting new range of house types.. There will be 11 different styles of homes, designed to accommodate the needs of a wide range of buyers.
Our neighbourhood will benefit from a central green park for residents to enjoy the outdoors and support nature. The green spaces will be complimented with two play areas, one to the east and one to the west, as well as a network of new footpaths connecting residents to the local community.

The surrounding area has a golf course, parks, shopping facilities and outdoor pursuits all nearby. The train station is a few minutes drive or a 15 minute walk from our neighbourhood.
