Key
Site Layout features
As part of the planning consent for this development, a number of new homes may have been designated as affordable housing. Where applicable, these properties will remain as affordable housing tenure and are specifically shown to make it clear that they are not available for general sale. The remaining homes on the development are available for open market sale, including “bulk sales” (meaning the sale of more than one home to a single purchaser) to purchasers, who could be private individuals or another type of purchaser (for example local authorities, housing associations or other commercial landlords), and therefore the mix of tenures on a development may change.

A home is more than just a house, it's also about the community that surrounds it. And that's why we invest in building communities that support local businesses, improve facilities in the area and help bring people together.
From rental to dream home: local couple find ideal property
Mark Gamble, 58, and his partner Allison, 58, have recently settled into their new home at Seagrave Park, just three miles from their previous rental property in Finedon.
Originally from Barton Seagrave, Mark was drawn to the development’s welcoming atmosphere, open green spaces, and thoughtfully designed layout. Mark recalls: “I was impressed by how vibrant the community felt. You see children playing in the parks, families out walking, and the wide streets make everything feel open and spacious.”
The couple chose the Kingdale house type, drawn to its light and spacious design, particularly the open-plan kitchen and dining area. Mark explained: “Opting for a new-build home was an easy decision for us; we wanted a property where everything was ready to our taste - all I had to do was plug the TV in! The energy-efficient design and the ability to personalise our home were big bonuses, too. We took advantage of Taylor Wimpey’s incentives, adding upgrades like fitted wardrobes in every bedroom, which made it feel even more tailored to our needs.”
Mark and Allison praised their buying experience, highlighting the support from the team throughout the process. Mark said: “From the sales team - Megan and Karen - to the site manager Nathan and supervisor Jamie, and aftercare with Caroline, everyone was excellent. Even the on-site tradesmen made everything seamless.”
Now comfortably settled into their new home, the couple are embracing the welcoming sense of community within the development. Mark said: “We’re meeting new neighbours and have plenty of places to walk our dog. This is my first time buying a new house, and based on our experience, I would definitely recommend it.”
