We are working closely with Bracknell Forest Council to develop proposals for new homes in Warfield.

Taylor Wimpey’s vision is to deliver a sustainable new community of 46 energy efficient homes with a range of dwelling sizes of apartments and 1 to 5 bedroom homes using high quality materials to reflect the character of the local area. Our proposals will also include 26% affordable housing which will include rented and shared ownership tenures.

Maintenance of the wildlife pond will also form part of our proposal with enhancement of landscape planting and informal open spaces. Dedicated, safe and attractive routes for walking and cycling will connect with the wider area.
