The development will include a mix of 1-5 bedroom homes. All homes are proposed to be 2- or 2.5-storeys high with two blocks of 3-storey apartments. There will be a mix of detached, semi-detached and terraced designs, giving a wide range of options to first time buyers, those with homes to sell and downsizers alike. Elevations have been designed by taking inspiration from the surrounding area, designed to complement the existing properties on Bramcote Close, Lancing Road and Nuneaton Road.

Our plans include a range of one- to five-bedroom properties. 25% of the homes will be delivered as affordable housing which will be delivered as a mix of affordable rented properties and First Homes.
Three attenuation basins will be installed across the site as part of the Sustainable Urban Drainage System (SUDS). These basins are designed to store surface water for a 1 in 100-year event and a 40% improvement on potential climate change effects. Water treatment will also improve the quality of the water leaving the site.
A landscaped buffer has been included around the perimeter of the site to reinforce the boundaries of the site. This will be planted with suitable species in order to achieve a Biodiversity Net Gain on the site.
