We’re pleased to announce that after extensive consultations with local stakeholders and the Local Authority, we have completed the purchase of the first section of land for our North-East Cardiff development in Cardiff. This land will accommodate up to 730 homes, as well as community and leisure facilities, and green open spaces. Following this purchase, we have plans to acquire further areas of land, which will accommodate approximately 640 homes; we hope to have purchased enough land for a total of 1,370 homes by Q2 of next year.

Residents will benefit from its excellent location, with plenty of amenities within easy reach of the development. It’s extremely well connected, with various cycle and walking routes leading around North East Cardiff’s green open spaces, which include a community orchard, allotments, and local woodland. Across the developments, integrated neighbourhoods will have easy access to public rights of way, as well as an active travel network which will provide simple, convenient travel across the local area and the city of Cardiff.

Our proposals also include plans for a new district centre, which will provide everything residents need, including shops, food and drink outlets, and health and community facilities. All of this will be in close proximity to the new primary and secondary schools, ensuring total convenience. We are aiming to start construction activity on our first land purchase in 2026.
