Explore our proposed development at Calder Wynd, Carnbroe.

We’re working with North Lanarkshire Council and other key stakeholders to progress our proposal for the provision of 288 private new homes at land off Carnbroe Road, Coatbridge.

Our proposals include a mix of two and three bedroom terrace and semi-detached, as well as four bedroom detached homes to ultimately appeal to a wide range of buyers.

Enjoying a semi-rural feel from the surrounding woodland, as well as the convenience of the A8/M8 motorway network nearby,  our development design proposal aims to create a sense of place and maximises the latest Scottish Government Planning Policy for Designing Streets which gives priority to pedestrians and creates natural areas of focus at key points within the development.

Key infrastructure as part of the masterplan vision will be delivered, including the newly upgraded Carnbroe Road, which will allow access to local cycle paths and walkways.  Plans also include a playpark and additional pockets of open space for the enjoyment of all.
