Homes proposed
The architectural styling and materials take inspiration from the surrounding area, with a particular focus on creating two distinctive areas with individual character. The proposed house types have been designed in a way which is consistent with both existing and future residential development within the area, as well as local traditional properties.
Light Buff reconstituted stone will be the primary material used for most of the dwellings on the development. Red multi brick will also be used, whilst certain plots will have soft earth render, especially on key corner plots. Throughout the proposed site, grey tiles will be the only roofing material used.
