We are working closely with local residents, Corby District Council and other key stakeholders to develop plans for an exciting new community in Corby.

Our proposals include 336 homes including 2, 3, 4 and 5 bedroom houses, and 1 and 2 bedroom apartments which will be perfect for young couples and families. Included in this 23 affordable homes and apartments for local people.

The development comes as part of a larger sustainable urban extension which aims to delivery 5,095 homes as identified in the Join Core Strategy (JCS) forming part of the North East Corby SUE. The project includes a new district centre that was completed in 2021, a new primary school, and a Community Centre. New cycleways and footpaths will provide convenient links to the thriving market town of Corby.
