Our team transforms teenagers bedroom
Ebeneza, 18, was diagnosed with Sickle Cell Anaemia as a baby; a disorder which leads to fatigue, extreme pain and frequent infections.With a transplant on the horizon, Ebeneza needed to isolate for a prolonged period at home - with his bedroom in urgent need of renovation. After the Rainbow Trust informed us of the situation, we were happy to take on the project.
Taylor Wimpey Project Director, Antonis Pazourou, led the renovation, with significant support from colleagues Justine Webber, Jackie Whitaker, Stephen Beggins, Luke Clayton and Claire Lary.
Over the course of three days, our team transformed Ebeneza’s bedroom. We replaced the flooring, gave the space a fresh lick of paint and some new decoration.
Through this renovation project, we hope to have made life just that little bit easier for Ebeneza and his family.
