About the development

Phase 2

Phase 2 is found to the rear of the initial phase, with the entrance off Hollin Lane, continuing along Satin Drive and turning down Botanical Close.

This new range of 3 & 4 bedroom homes will come in mews, semi-detached and detached styles, built from three different bricks and some featuring render and weatherboard finishes. A footpath along the front is popular for dog walkers, leading to Hatters Farm and further footpaths within the development to connect to both phases and public open spaces have been accounted for, providing communal areas for residents.

Phase 2 key

The original phase of East Hollinsfield included a selection of 3 & 4 bedroom homes in a variety of styles. Benefitting from large public open spaces and a play area to the North of the development and a primary road running through the centre of this phase allows for easy navigation.

Phase II is a thoughtfully designed new community and will connect to the rear of the site, via Botanical Close, crossing Stott Lane. The Sales Information Centre and Showhomes can be found at the entrance of the original phase, off Hollin Lane.

  • Homes on this development are freehold

Development layout shows how the development will look once it is complete.

East Hollinsfield

As part of the planning consent for this development, a number of new homes may have been designated as affordable housing. Where applicable, these properties will remain as affordable housing tenure and are specifically shown to make it clear that they are not available for general sale. The remaining homes on the development are available for open market sale, including “bulk sales” (meaning the sale of more than one home to a single purchaser) to purchasers, who could be private individuals or another type of purchaser (for example local authorities, housing associations or other commercial landlords), and therefore the mix of tenures on a development may change.

The perfect place to be

With a number of green spaces nearby and a choice of local schools, shops, cafes, pubs and supermarkets, it’s the perfect location for growing families. Enjoy a spot of golf or join a local activiy club, there’s plenty to do. Middleton Arena holds a variety of shows and indoor sports, or head into Manchester for entertainment options that the whole family can enjoy. East Hollinsfield is ideally located for commuting, with Mills Hill railway station 10 minutes away and the M62 conveniently placed.
