Learn about our plans for an exciting new community in Ivybridge

We have recently submitted an Outline Application for 111 new homes and community facilities land adjacent to Godwell Lane and Exeter Road, Ivybridge, with the application currently being considered by South Hams District Council. An online planning application seeks to establish whether the scale and nature of a proposed development would be acceptable to the local planning authority, before a fully detailed proposal is put forward. 

Our proposal includes a range of mix of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom homes, ideal for young couples and growing families. The homes will be sensitively designed to ensure that they fit in to their surroundings and provide quality space for new residents.

Our plans also include a public open space as well as fully equipped children’s play area.

About our proposals


We want to create a thriving new community in Ivybridge. 
The development will provide a mix of 111 high quality homes with 2, 3 and 4 bedroom designs and 22 of which will be affordable housing. Each of the homes will have a dedicated parking space and garden.
