Our proposals features

Connectivity

We understand that a new development will have an impact on the existing community and we have carefully considered this as we have developed our proposals.
The proposed development will use the existing points of access into the site from Llantrisant Road. This development will provide new public links to Bridge Road and the Taff trail to the north and to the existing development to the south, improving the cycle and pedestrian network for existing residents.

We will aim to provide and improve safe and accessible connections from the development to existing links to the schools, local facilities and services. These connections will improve the current accessibility that is currently in place.

Previous use

The site covers an area of 10.5 acres and 6.95 acres on either side of Llantrisant Road and was the former headquarters of BBC Cymru Wales.
