Planning application update.

We submitted a detailed planning application in March 2023 for 215 new homes with access, landscaping, open space, parking and associated infrastructure on land south of Harvest Hill Road, Maidenhead. The application includes the provision of 30% affordable homes. 

Planning permission was granted on 15th March 2024 and Sales Information Centre launch planned for December 2024.

The development, which will be accessed off Harvest Hill Road, provides an opportunity to deliver a wide mix of properties, from one-bedroom apartments up to five-bedroom family homes, with associated parking.
