Learn about our plans for the Land at Bletchingley Road site.

Taylor Wimpey is developing proposals for Land at Bletchingley Road, Merstham with a view to submit a planning application. 

Development of the Site for housing and small business space will assist in meeting the identified needs for housing on an allocated site, in a sustainable location.  It will also provide opportunities for local businesses to locate to the site.

 

The scheme will secure 35% affordable housing to include social rented dwellings.  This mix of house types will be agreed with the Council.

 

The scheme will achieve a high-quality design, whilst also ensuring an energy efficient scheme, all dwellings will enable electric vehicle charging.

We held an in-person public consultation on the 15th November 2022 for local residents to provide feedback before we submit a planning application in the future.

All feedback received during and after the public consultation will be collated by the 2nd December 2022.
