Taylor Wimpey is preparing its first phase of reserved matters planning applications, as part of the 1,795 new homes in Salden Park, south west Milton Keynes.
The development will provide a variety of new homes ranging from 1-bedroom apartments to 5-bedroom homes, with up to 30% of the new homes designated as affordable housing.
The development will also include two hectares of employment land, a local centre, a primary and secondary school and over 60 hectares of public open space. The first phase of the development will consist of 526 new homes.
Taylor Wimpey hosted a public consultation event at Longueville Hall on Thursday 19th October. A copy of the boards displayed at the event can be downloaded here.
All feedback has been considered and we will be submitting our planning application later this year.
