Situated on the south-western edge of Nailsea, Netherton Grange is in a prime community location that hosts a long list of regular local events, and there are a variety of supermarkets, independent shops, pubs and restaurants. As well as convenient road connections, such as the M5, rail travel is also convenient, with the station only 2 miles away, offering convenience further afield.

Our contributions to the community
Across the Bristol region, we have supported numerous organisations and charities throughout 2024 to make a difference within the community.Among the causes we supported last year was our Charity of the Year for 2024, Caring in Bristol. Back in December, we donated £2,000 as well as clothing to Caring in Bristol, a charity that supports homeless and vulnerable people across the region.
Over the course of last year, we donated approximately £20,000 to community groups, causes and schools including Quedegley Community Pantry, Children’s Hospice South West, Avon & Somerset Search and Rescue and Nailsea in Bloom among others.
