The team at Heathwood at Brunton Rise are looking forward to making every aspect of your home buying journey - from choosing your dream home to handing over the keys - as smooth as it can possibly be.
Julie, one of our sales executives, has been selling Taylor Wimpey homes across the North East region since 2018. With extensive experience selling homes at Newcastle Great Park, Julie is now looking forward to meeting customers who want to live on the latest phase, Heathwood at Brunton Rise.
Julie said: “I have been based at Newcastle Great Park for the majority of my time with Taylor Wimpey so I know the area well. I love it because it has a real community feel to it, with its own shopping centre, schools and community centre - it’s a wonderful location to be in.
Julie said: “My previous roles have been in customer service and I liked the idea of using my experience to help people find their new homes. For me, this is the best part of the job.
“My job is varied and can see me completing a variety of tasks including face to face and telephone appointments, discussing the benefits of new build homes with customers and progressing sales by contacting solicitors. There is never a dull moment, I enjoy the industry and have some lovely colleagues.” When she isn’t working, Julie enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren as well as taking part in fitness classes.
Working alongside Julie but in production is Scott Anderson, our Senior Site Manager for Heathwood, who has two decades of experience with Taylor Wimpey.
“I’ve been with Taylor Wimpey for twenty years, working on 15 different developments across the region in this time. I’ve been based at Newcastle Great Park for three years now - it’s close to my home and a good area to live in.”
Scott adds: “I’ve always loved the construction industry - everyday brings different challenges through my main responsibility of running the site day by day and I’m looking forward to seeing a new community form at Heathwood in the near future.”
Scott lives in Newcastle with his family but originally hails from Scotland. He is a Newcastle football club fan, holding a season ticket for their games.
