Elm Drive Proposed Development

Taylor Wimpey has secured planning consent to incorporate a further 113 dwellings across two pieces of land within the larger strategic design at Willow Lake in Newton Leys.

The plans include a wide variety of properties, ranging from 2-bedroom apartments to 4-bedroom homes. Of the 113 new homes we propose to build, 31% will be classed as affordable housing in line with local policy requirements, equating to approximately 36 homes.

On Wednesday 11th October 2023, we hosted a public exhibition event at the Newton Leys Pavillion on Furzey Way between to seek feedback from the local community. A copy of the exhibition boards displayed at the event are available to view here.
