We are working closely with local residents, Leeds City Council and other key stakeholders to develop plans for an exciting new development in Pool in Wharfedale.
Our proposals include plans for 55 homes in a range of designs, which will be perfect for young couples and families alike. The development will be designed to complement local surroundings and the homes will benefits from the latest technology in respect of insulation and low maintenance.
Located off Pool Road and situated less than half a mile west of the village centre, the development is well connected with Yorkshire towns and cities with Leeds approximately 9.5 miles away, 10 miles from Bradford and 9 miles from Harrogate.
