The Quarters has been thoughtfully designed to incorporate inspiration from the local area, bringing plenty of character and charm to these new homes.

We have partnered with Claude Hooper interior designers to bring the Marford home to life at The Quarters. The four bedroom home showcases how the best family living solutions can be balanced with stylish and contemporary design.
When it came to the colour palette for the Marford, Senior Designer Claire wanted to ensure that there was a rich and sophisticated feel to the home, with added extra pops of colour to add a layer of eye-catching fun to each room.
With three large double bedrooms and a separate study room, in addition to a spacious living and kitchen area, the Marford has plenty of room for a growing family. However it was important to Claire to make the home feel inviting and cosy: “I wanted to make sure that the use of feature colours and paints as well as wallpapers work to create a cosy atmosphere in the bigger rooms, as well as giving each room its own personality.”
Claire added: “I’m really pleased with the design of the show home at The Quarters. Myself and the whole team worked really hard to make sure the home reflected the latest design trends, as well as being a space the Taylor Wimpey customers could envisage themselves living in.”
The benefits of buying new
Buying a new home can be a daunting process, but with a number of benefits to make your move easier, there has never been a better time to buy new.
Ready to move into
When you purchase a Taylor Wimpey home, you can move in straight away. Your new home will be furnished throughout, with high-specification appliances also included, so you can settle in straightaway.
No need for DIY
Our homes are built to the highest standards meaning you won’t need to worry about making any improvements or fixes to your new home once you’ve bought it.
Lower bills
We’re committed to helping our customers live as sustainably as possible which is why each of our homes are built and designed with energy efficiency in mind.
With low-energy lighting, the most energy efficient boilers available, and flow-restricted taps among many other features, a Taylor Wimpey home will help you keep your energy costs down while your standard of living remains high.
No upward chain
Once you’ve bought your home, it’s yours, and you can move in as soon as it’s ready, no waiting for sellers to move.
Maximised space and high build quality
Our homes are designed with modern layouts, making the most of the available space to ensure you can get the most out of your home. We also use the highest quality materials throughout each home, so you can be absolutely sure of its quality and longevity.
Supporting the community
We are committed to lending our support to the communities surrounding our developments, and we have already been involved with important causes in and around Quedgeley.
We have recently worked with Hunts Grove Primary Academy to mark this year’s No Mow May. Our team donated wildflower seed bombs to the school, which is located close to The Quarters. The seeds have already been put to good use within the school’s Forest School, where they were planted by members of the school’s School Council.
As part of our planning commitments, we will make significant contributions to the local area. Among these are just under £300,000 allocated towards local secondary school education provisions, and over £17,000 also pledged to local library resources.
