About our proposals features
This consultation is for the reserved matters application for the site which includes appearance, layout, materials, scale and landscaping. The design has been carefully considered to complement the surrounding residential area while addressing modern housing needs. The majority of the new homes will be two storeys in height with some 2.5 storey buildings at key locations.

- Creating new public open spaces, habitats and green
areas that will benefit both new and existing residents,

line with national policies; - Replacement of vacant office blocks with much-needed new homes;

At this stage you will have the opportunity to submit your comments on the application to the Council before a decision is made. It is expected that the application will be determined later in 2025.
