The development will offer a wide variety of house types ranging from 2 to 4 bedrooms. They will include terraced, semi-detached and detached homes with lots of parking and generous sized gardens.Natural environment Natural environment We have ensured we have taken the environment into consideration during the planning of this site. We will look to incorporate as much existing greenery as possible in to the layout, however should any of this require removal we will use ecologists during site clearance to avoid disturbing any protected species or during bird nesting season. We will then introduce a large number of additional landscaping features which include planting, trees and wildflower meadows. There will also be a number of bird boxes located along with a hedgehog highway which will allow access to rear gardens. Connectivity Connectivity The road and layout structure has been designed to for pedestrians, cyclists and vehicles to be able to move around the development safely. There is a pedestrian/cycleway which runs through the site and connects to the existing housing. The vehicular access will be via junctions on to Yarm Back Lane.
