Our design proposals
As part of the development a new dedicated surface water drainage network will be constructed to capture and store surface water run-off generated from the site. This surface water drainage system will include an attenuation basin in the South-Eastern corner of the site. This will offer an improvement on the current drainage of the site as it will provide surface water storage and discharge at a reduced flow rate.
A landscaped buffer has been included around the perimeter of the site to reinforce the boundaries of the site. This will be planted with suitable species in order to achieve a Biodiversity Net Gain on the site.

This consultation will run until Friday 23rd February 2024. An in-person consultation event will take place on Tuesday 20th February 2024 at Stretton-on-Dunsmore Village Hall, 14 Church Hill, Stretton-on-Dunsmore, CV23 9NA from 3pm until 7pm.
