Land at Watmore Lane

Taylor Wimpey is progressing a Reserved Matters Planning Application for Land at Watmore Lane, Winnersh after outline permission for up to 234 homes was granted on appeal in March 2024. 

Taylor Wimpey hosted a public exhibition on Friday 19th July, to present its detailed proposals for the new homes at the site to the local community. A copy of the exhibition boards can be downloaded here. 

All exhibition comments are now being reviewed and will be considered as part of preparing the forthcoming application.
