Outline planning permission for the overall development of 900 homes at Spencers Wood and Three Mile Cross was received in October 2014. Some 260 of these homes are proposed to the east of Three Mile Cross.
Taylor Wimpey is currently drawing up detailed proposals for a residential scheme of 172 homes on land to the north of Church Lane, east of Three Mile Cross, with a view to submitting a planning application to Wokingham Borough Council in October 2015. A further application will be prepared in due course for land south of Church Lane.
We held a public exhibition for nearby residents to review our proposals for the land to the north of Church Lane on Wednesday 21st October 2015.
