Proposed access to the development site off Church Lane

The site is located to the north of Church Lane, to the east of Three Mile Cross, nestled between existing residential properties in Basingstoke Road to the west and open fields to the east.

To the north of the proposed new homes lies hedgerow and an area of open land, beyond which is Junction 11 of the M4 motorway.
