We are drawing up plans for a development of 23 new homes on land at Broughton Manor Farm (Parcel CM4) in Milton Keynes.

    Land at Broughton Manor Farm (Parcel CM4), Milton Keynes

    We are currently preparing a detailed planning application for a new residential development of 23 high-quality homes on land at Broughton Manor Farm (Parcel CM4), Milton Keynes.

    Under our proposals, we will provide a mix of property sizes and types to suit a variety of purchasers in a range of circumstances, with 30% of the new homes to be provided as affordable housing. These will be administered by a council-approved housing association for local people in housing need.

    A collection of one and two-bedroom apartments and three-bedroom houses will be accessed from Warwick Avenue, while access to a selection of three, four and five-bedroom houses will be from Haven Street.

    Our public consultation period has now ended. The comments we have received from local residents will help us to refine our emerging plans before we finalise and submit a planning application to Milton Keynes Council in due course.

    The proposed development site covers 0.41 hectares and is located towards the centre of the existing Broughton Manor Farm settlement area.

    The site lies immediately south of Haven Street and to the north-east of Warwick Avenue. An area of public open space is situated on the site’s northwest boundary. 

    Initially, Milton Keynes Council had allocated this site as a suitable location for community facilities, however, as the Broughton development has progressed, there has been no requirement to develop this site for community use.

    As such, we are now proceeding with proposals for a small residential scheme on this parcel of land.
