    • 73 new homes
    • 46 of the 73 homes will be available for private sale
    • 27 of the 73 homes will be classed as affordable housing
    • Affordable housing will be a split of social rent, affordable rent and shared ownership tenure both available form a Housing Association.
    • A mix of 3-5 bedroom houses
    • Car parking will be provided in line with the Council’s parking requirements. For houses, these will be on private driveways and in garages.
    • Vehicle and pedestrian access will be taken from Daubeney Gate & Vache Lane
    • Proposed architecture will be inspired by existing local homes
    • Retention of boundary hedgerows and trees, complemented with new planting
