Following a series of meetings with stakeholders we have now submitted a Reserved Matters Planning Application to South Cambridgeshire District Council in October 2016.

  • About the site

    About the site

Phase 1 of Northstowe new town received Outline Planning Permission for the development of up to 1,500 new homes in April 2014 and has historically been promoted by Gallagher Estates and the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA).

Developers are now bringing parcels of land within Phase 1 forward for residential development, with Taylor Wimpey bringing forward parcel H3.

Parcel H3 lies directly north of the new Pathfinder C of E Primary School , south east of the proposed local centre and the B1050, and north of the Northern Greenway.
