We have an option to purchase the land from the existing landowners, subject to planning permission being granted for our proposed residential development.
The Planning Inspectorate, on the 9th July 2020, granted outline planning permission on the site for up to 105 dwellings, associated landscaping, public open space and allotments. This is together with vehicle and pedestrian access from Siskin Chase, and pedestrian access from Colebrooke Lane.

Taylor Wimpey are now in the process of organising detailed proposals for the site, which will be formalised via a Reserved Matters application to Mid Devon District Council in due course.
