The Hybrid planning application has been submitted for approval to BCP – we are currently making steps to prepare our Reserved Matters in anticipation of a favourable decision.
The councils Local Plan allocated the land for development as a ‘Strategic Urban Extension’ under policies PP10 and UE2. The plan shows the site boundary.
Our proposed scheme will include up to 695 dwellings including affordable housing, employment land, a local centre, a large SANG (Suitable Alternative Natural Greenspace) adjacent to the site, play space for children plus pedestrian and cycle links.
We are hoping to submit our Reserved Matters planning application in Summer 2021.
