    Taylor Wimpey North East  has been granted approval of our reserved matters application on the 26th July 2017 for the development of a Greenfield site that has been allocated to fill the housing shortage within Sedgefield. The proposals consist of 197 new family homes, 20 of which will be affordable housing. The houses will range from 2-5 bedroom family homes.

    The development has been sympathetically designed to retain as much of the mature landscaping as possible and views of St Edmunds Church. There are extensive areas of open space across the site which will link with the Story Homes development which already has detailed planning permission.

    26/07/17 Granted approval of reserved matters for 197 new homes. We hope to start works on the site at the end of September

    W/C 05/06/17 Archaeology works will commence for approximately 13 weeks  

    08/05/17 We are holding a public exhibition on Tuesday 23rd May at Ceddesfeld Hall in Sedgefield at 2.30pm - 6.30pm

    13/04/17 We have submitted our Reserved Matters planning application and a decision is expected to be delivered by Summer 2017
