Wynyard Manor Phase 2 will act as a continuation of our existing development, which is located immediately to the south of the site. This proposed new phase will offer a mix of 109 no. three, four and five bedroom homes, surrounded by mature woodland in the attractive location of Wynyard Park.
Taylor Wimpey North Yorkshire, working with Wynyard Park Ltd, received a resolution to grant planning consent from Planning Committee in February 2017. The next step is for the accompanying legal agreement (the S106 agreement) to be signed, which will then result in planning consent being issued. This is at an advanced stage and is expected to be completed in the near future.
