    The site is positioned on the south-Western boundary of the attractive ancient port town of Maldon. This provides easy access to Maldon Promenade Park, Hythe Quay and the bustling High Street. There is an excellent transport network with Junction 18 of the A12 being approximately 6.0 miles away serving as access to London and Colchester/Ipswich to the north. The closest mainline railway station is Chelmsford Station which is located less than 10 miles away and can be accessed in approximately half an hour by car or the 31B bus. Trains from Chelmsford Station provide access to London Liverpool Street within 35 minutes.
