New homes coming to Cribbs Causeway
We are preparing our first Reserved Matters application for a phase of residential development of up to 244 homes on land north of Cribbs Causeway, Bristol.
The development, which is accessed from the A4018 along the south-eastern site boundary, gives us an opportunity to deliver a mixed development of homes with parking and public open space.
The Reserved Matters application will be the first residential phase of two by Taylor Wimpey for a development has outline planning approval for up to 1,000 dwellings which was granted in January 2021.
The remaining 756homes will be sought for planning consent at a later date by both Taylor Wimpey and another major house builder.
The outline planning application also includes proposals for a care home, a mixed use local centre and a primary school which will be developed in the future by other parties.
